Private Suites

Take a step up to the next level of luxury while enjoying world-class events and sporting events in style with our suites and lounge offerings. Whether you are joining us for an entire season or only one night, you’ll be able to provide the best hospitality for your clients, reward your top employees and treat your friends and family.

Within Slush Puppie Place, we have 29 private suites. Organizations or partnerships can lease private suites for three, five, or seven-year terms to guarantee access to all events at the facility, and the best possible experience the venue has to offer.

Group Suites are a great way to promote your business, celebrate an occasion, host a special event or simply enjoy the great view with friends and family during one of our events. Group suites are larger than our private suites and can accommodate 11 to 47 guests and provide an exclusive environment for concerts, family shows, and other world-class events.

Private Suites include:

Private space for the following group sizes, 11 – 14 – 22 & 25
Access to the premium Suite Level menu, and in-suite service.
Advanced sales for Kingston Frontenac season tickets, and tickets to all events in the facility.
Access to the exclusive Suite level, and Suite Platform bar area.
Priority venue access, and suite-only washrooms.
Invitations to occasional suite appreciation events throughout the year.

Canadian Tire Club Lounge

The Canadian Tire Club Lounge is a premium seating area on the north side of the venue, behind both Home and Visitor benches, in sections 102-104 from rows 10-17.

Included in The Canadian Tire Club lounge are:

Wider, padded seats
Exclusive concession stand, with premium food options
Priority venue access through Gate #1
Lounge areas, televisions, cocktail tables, and a private washroom.

When available, the public can also purchase unredeemed seats for individual events to experience all The Canadian Tire Lounge has to offer. Club Lounge seats can be leased on one-, three-, or five-year terms which grant access to your seats for all Kingston Frontenac home games, as well as the right to purchase your seats for any event in the facility.

Right Of First Refusal - Club Seat Offers

Welcome to ROFR, Right Of First Refusal, the new ticket ordering process for club seating which will make things easier, more secure, and compatible with our change to a mobile ticket facility.

When purchasing your Canadian Tire Club Lounge Club Seat(s), you will now be able to conveniently and securely do so through “My Account Manager”. This is where you will have exclusive access to purchase your Club Seat(s) for upcoming events. For events where your location is not in view, comparable seats will be given as an alternative. Please Note: This means you will access your Canadian Tire Club Lounge Club Seat(s). “My Account Manager” is different from your My Account on Ticketmaster.ca

Here’s what you are able to do:

Enter the doors at Slush Puppie Place using Mobile Account Manager on your smartphone
Securely transfer tickets via email
Track seat usage

Step 2: Enter your email address and password. Please note: If you have ordered tickets previously from Ticketmaster, you can use the same email and password to log in to this portal. If you cannot remember your password, please click on the Forgot Password link. If you are new to Ticketmaster, please click on the Sign-Up link at the bottom of the Sign-up window

ACCESS YOUR TICKETS

Visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/asmgkingston/rofr in your smartphone’s web browser. We recommend you bookmark this page for easy access in the future. Enter your email address and password.

Step 1: Select the navigation menu at the top of the page, please select the tab ‘Special Offers’.

Step 2: Here you will see the ROFR events that are available where you have access to your seats. Select ‘View My Seats’ to see the ROFR seats you have available to purchase for the event.

Step 3: You will see your available seats for this event, at this stage you have a few options. You can decline the offer, this means you do not wish to purchase your owned seats to attend per event. Or, you can select your seats to purchase and select ‘Continue’.

Step 4: Confirm your order, if you change your mind and choose not to purchase, you still have the option to decline the offer. If you wish to proceed with the order, select ‘Checkout’.
